What do I need to get started?

To trade through Predictor, you must create an account and complete onboarding. Account approval is not guaranteed. Trading privileges are subject to review and approval, and not all applicants will qualify.

  1. Create your profile by providing required personal and contact information.
  2. Complete identity verification, eligibility checks, AML screening, sanctions screening, and other required reviews through the platform provided by the FCM.
  3. Review required account agreements, risk disclosures, privacy notices, fee information, and other important documents.
  4. Fund your account once approved. Customer funds are held by the FCM, not Predictor.
  5. Browse available markets, review contract rules and settlement criteria, and decide independently whether to place an order.

Do I need to pass KYC before trading?

Yes. You must complete identity verification, AML screening, sanctions screening, and any other required checks before trading. These checks are required by law and help prevent fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, and other prohibited activity.

Why is KYC necessary?

KYC is required by law to verify your identity, confirm you're eligible to trade and protect the platform and its users from fraud and other prohibited activity.

What information may I need to provide during onboarding?

You may be asked for information such as your full legal name, date of birth, tax ID number, address and contact details, along with government-issued ID and, where required, additional information or documentation.

Exact requirements may vary depending on the checks required.

What currency is used?

Trading and account balances are denominated in USD. Predictor does not require users to use any digital assets or external payment rails for trading or payments.

Why do I need a COSMOS/ Plus500 account?

Predictor is an Introducing Broker, which means we provide the platform through which you access prediction markets, but we do not hold your funds or clear your trades.

Your COSMOS account is provided by Plus500US, our regulated Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). Plus500US holds your trading account and funds and facilitates the clearing of your trades.

When you use Predictor, the experience is designed to be seamless but behind the scenes, your COSMOS account provides the regulated account infrastructure required for you to fund your account and trade using Predictor.

Your daily and monthly account statements will also be provided through COSMOS, giving you access to your account balances, positions and transaction history.

How do I fund my account?

Once your account is approved, you may be able to deposit funds using available funding methods supported by the FCM partner. Funding methods, limits, processing times, fees, and availability may vary. Funds are held by the FCM, Plus500US, not Predictor.

How do withdrawals work?

Withdrawals are handled through the FCM partner and are subject to account status, funding method, settlement timing, compliance review, applicable limits, and regulatory requirements. Fees may apply and will be disclosed where required.
